*Learning and development* Recently I have been thinking deeply and reflecting upon which avenue of learning has consistently benefitted me throughout my career. In my own personal experience I have explored many different styles and methods, as I’m sure many of you have too. I’ve undertaken in hands-on courses, online courses, completed post graduate certificates - you name it, I’ve tried it! ... Throughout many years of practice, nothing has given me more value than being a mentor to my colleagues and peers. Not only have I positively impacted my fellow clinicians and their ability but the experience has greatly enhanced my own knowledge, skills, and confidence in the process. In the Dentists Evolving Group we aim to promote generosity in sharing our learnings with each other, to improve our day to day lives as practicing Dentists.
