Dear Monadnock Orthodontics Family, The health and safety of our patients, staff, and community are our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves. We want to assure you that we are taking steps towards keeping our office a safe place for you to visit by doing the following: 1) We have encouraged our staff tha...t are feeling ill to stay home. 2) We have always encouraged patients to reschedule their appointments when feeling under the weather, running a temperature or showing symptoms of being contagious. In addition we are also asking patients that have been in close contact with anyone who is experiencing ANY cold/flu-like symptoms, with or without fever in the past 2 weeks 3) We ask that any patient who was in close contact with or have traveled to a CDC Level 3 country within the last 4 week to reschedule. 4) While we always strictly follow all OSHA guidelines for sterilization and cleanliness of our office, we have taken extra steps to educate our team on the importance of staying healthy. As of yesterday, there have been recommendations for dental practices to limit seeing patients with non-urgent dental care needs in order to prevent the spread of this virus in the community. Therefore, we will be rescheduling our non-essential appointments for the next 3 weeks. This is a fluid situation, and we will monitor all releases from the American Dental Association and will adjust accordingly. We will continue to follow the CDC guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of all viruses and do all we can to protect you and our employees while delivering excellent orthodontic care.
