But, whether you have braces fitted or not, it’s always a good idea to avoid very sticky sweets and to make sure you are brushing your teeth thoroughly before bed Brushing your teeth for at least two minutes with a fluoride toothpaste makes sure that no sugar will be sticking on your teeth while sleeping

We have been preparing for our orthodontic services to return and we’re almost there! It will be our pleasure to welcome patients again to our clinics. As healthcare providers, we continue to be advised only by the relevant, professional guidance and comply as directed. We would reassure you that our hygiene and cross infection measures have always been exceptional. Our procedures have some alterations and protect from all infections including COVID-19. There are change...s: perspex screens, social distancing, reduced footfall and an increase in PPE but we remain committed to continuing to provide our personable and efficient service. Please be patient with us. We too are frustrated that current treatments will take longer, retainer replacements were delayed, waiting times have increased and many other issues. None of this has been ideal and we are still restricted in the procedures and appointments we can provide. We are in the process of contacting thousands of patients to reappoint chronologically from the 23rd March, 2020. You do not need to contact us regarding your appointment unless it does not suit. Thank you to our patients and their parents for their understanding while we tried to manage your care remotely during COVID-19. Please accept our apologies as we were often limited in what we could achieve. We hope that even in challenging times, you felt we tried our very best for you.
