I think you get used to not smiling properly. It just becomes a habit when you’re a bit embarrassed about your teeth but I didn’t want that to be a factor on my wedding day. So I got booked in and the results were terrific but not only that they were really accommodating. My wedding was only 6 months away when I booked in but added to that I work away a lot so I was only available for about a month in total of the 6 months. I think the silly thing is I have had dentures for years. I just never thought really that there was another option. It was my daughter that booked the appointment for me and they were just lovely from the start. I must have sat with the dentist and patient coordinator for 3 hours after my consultation. We talked through all my options and they were very patient with me in explaining what I could have done. I went away and had a think and talked it through with my daughter a...nd about a week later I was booked in. Ben came into see us at the start of the year. He had a consultation with us and went home to have a think about it.
